It was 6 weeks after having my second son when I messed up the timezone on a scheduled call and accidentally called a member in my organization an hour late.

My mind was blurry and I was sleep deprived.

I said “oh my, I’m so sorry I scheduled our call and didn’t consider the time difference.”

The next day, she posted a video on Facebook, publicly questioning my character and ability as a leader.

This was a wake up call for me.  The way I had been doing business no longer served this new season and I needed to do things differently.  I loved my team and mission, but I loved my new baby more…

So I changed everything.  I made a list of all the things I was doing in my business and started condensing anything that was redundant and could be recorded.  I hosted a team call sharing the changes and posted links where everyone could gather for the same information and direction that I would typically share over the phone.

I set boundaries around my personal calls and created rules for personal time.

What happened next was shocking to me…

My team still grew.

I began thinking about the other Mothers that were caught somewhere between lady boss and boss Mom, and decided to take on a new project I called Mommy Networker–at first I just wanted to share how to balance your schedule, but then it morphed into sharing everything I had learned on how I generated a multi-six figure annual income in MLM while raising a family.

This project became a program–that program sold out and the process re-ignighted my passion for teaching, training and having a leveraged business model that worked for me.

So I took a course on coaching, started working with 1:1 clients and realized that more people really need to know how to create their own online program.

Much of what I hear from my clients falls under the umbrella of needing more people to talk to and not having enough time to go out and find these people.

So, in taking what I learned from creating my own online program, I developed another program on well…how to create a program.

It made a huge difference for me to see that I could share my expertise, grow my list AND create an additional income stream all at the same time, so I couldn’t help but create a platform to share it!

Plus, this business model compliments my role as a Mom and caters to a busy lifestyle.  It’s quite amazing to be able to deliver high-value content that my students can consume at their leisure, then show up to a live call and get the support they need to grow their business.

It’s a win-win because I can do what I love during hours that I choose, and my students get life-changing training to implement and ask questions when they need feedback.

So the question isn’t whether one should have their own online program.

The question is when will you decide to create your online program?  And who will support you to ensure it gets dialed in, priced, structured and out into the world?

I want to help you…
